Thanks for reporting this. Since Lightroom Classic stops after only a few minutes, could you please help us narrow down whether this is a crash or a freeze?

Please let us know:

• Your exact Lightroom Classic version and macOS version.

• Whether Lightroom closes on its own, or remains open and becomes unresponsive until you Force Quit it.

• What you are normally doing immediately before it happens, for example, Library navigation, Develop adjustments, masking, importing, exporting, etc.

• Whether it happens consistently with the same catalog/photos or during different workflows.

• Please also go to Help > System Info > Copy and paste the System Info into your reply.

If the Adobe Crash Reporter appears after Lightroom Classic crashes, please submit the report using the same email address associated with your Adobe Community account. In the description field, please briefly mention what you were doing immediately before the crash. This will help us locate and correlate the report if we need to investigate it further.

If the issue is reproducible, a short screen recording showing the actions leading up to the crash/freeze would also be very helpful.

Once we know whether this is a crash or a hang and which workflow triggers it, we can suggest a more targeted troubleshooting.
