Link RAW to DNG

I have many thousands of DNGs that has embedded RAW files which I just extracted using Adobe DNG Converter. I want to import RAW files and keep them in RAF (Fuji format), rather than DNG, but I need to automate the process.

All my DNGs are edited, labeled, rated, keyworded and there's no way I can do it manually for each RAF. Is there a way to link them by name:

_DSF2403.DNG > _DSF2403.RAF

And transfer all edits, keywords etc from DNG to RAF files, so I can later delete DNGs.
