Llightroom Classic 15.1 constantly crashed on MaacOS Tahoe 26.2

Question

Recently (I have a suspicion in conincides with the update of MacOS Tahoe from 26.1 to 26.2) my Lightroom classic constantly crashes when doing various normal activities, i.e. exporting photos (crash generally after exporting 10-15 photos), when switching from grid to detail view, when trying to open a virtual copy of a raw photo etc. It is basically no longer workable. It has never done anything similar before. I run it on a Mac Studio with 64GB of RAM. I have created dozens of crash reports yet.

Any suggestions how to mitigate that?

I just tried one more thing and plugged in another USB Disk with a backup of my catalog and are using this catalog now. So far no crashes (when I open lightroom with my current catalog it has started to basically crash after 30 seconds even if I don't do anything). Is there anything I can do to check the catalog integrity?

That would have been my next suggestion. Apparently your catalog is corrupted, so replace it by that backup.

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and found no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Apple’s?
