Location is not available. A device does not exist.
Since a Windows update, LRC does not recognize my drive where my raw files are stored.

What drive letter is the drive where files do exist? What drive letter is Lightroom Classic looking for?
If the files are now on drive E: and LrC was expecting them to be on drive 😧 then the easiest thing is to use Windows to change the drive letter from E: to 😧 — you can find step by step instructions to do this via using Google.
