Location Metadata incorrectly filtered in Library View (possible bug?)

Problem occured after update to Version 8.0 of Lightroom Classic CC.

I filled in the State / Province field of a foto with "Akershus".

Then I deleted the field. In the metadata panel on the right it is correctly displayd as deleted. But in the Library filter it is still displayed as "Akershus".

Even after a restart of Lightroom this wrong behaviour remains.

If you overwrite the field with a different value it is displayed correctly in the Library filter, but not if you delete it.

This applies to all location metadata fields (location/sublocation, City, State / Province, Country).

I uploaded a simple screenshot for clarity: Pic-Upload.de - Lightroom8.0Issue.jpg

BTW: Adress Lookup was always disabled in my catalog settings.

So there might be a bug?

Definitely a bug. Please add details of your issue to this bug report in the official Adobe feedback forum: Lightroom Classic: Library Filter using Location Metadata does not reflect removed location metadata | Photoshop Family … Be sure to click Me Too and Follow in the upper-right corner.  That will make it a little more likely Adobe will prioritize a fix, and you'll be notified when the bug's status changes.
