Locked out of Lightroom classic

Some how I was in my lightroom and suddenly it started to buffer and the screen went black for a few minutes. I hit the control,  alt, delete and closed the app. When I tried openining lightroom again a box appeard saying another app has lightroom open and I need to close it or open another catalog. My problem is that I have opend a second catalog when I somehow created this same issue with my first catalog. Recently I somehow locked myself out of the second catalog and the first catalog opend up. Today using the first catalog, I locked myself again with what happed at the biggining of this message. Now I'm locked out of both catalogs. Please help.
