Loss of edit history and repeating Print in History

Has anyone seen this glitch? Combined with a loss of edit history in some but not all cases, I have now got hundreds images which have this repeating Print History which is not correct as I did not print the associated images even once let alone 7 times. In this below example the image had an edit history which has now disappeared and the image is therefore in its RAW state. Using Mac OS El Capitan and this was noticed since LR CC version 2015.8 not changed since 2015.9

Hi joeair,

You may try and reset the Lightroom preferences back to default to check if any setting causing this issue in Lightroom.
