Loss of Edits After Export

Hello all. Fairly new to CC LR. User for approx. 1 year. Never had an issue.

Recently after editing picture in LR, and then Exporting to HD, any and all changes are lost.

I am exporting as .jpg, not original.

any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated, I am super stumped, as well as equally bummed I cant figure this out.

    How are you viewing the exported image?  The only difference I see is in the dark background in the upper right.  It appears that you are not viewing the image at 100%.
