Lost adjusters

Might not be technical but I seem to have lost my local adjuster sliders.  When I go to my brush it gives me my global adjusters - exposure, shadows highlights etc but not as local adjusters.  Cant figure out where they have gone !  thanks

You probably have the local adjustments panel collapsed, so it only shows 'Effects'. As a result, you see the global sliders beneath them as the only sliders. Click on the small triangle behind 'Effects'.
