Lost camera information on importing images

Recently, I have lost all camera information on images imported.  Just not there anymore.  I have scoured the forums and the best I can come up with is that I have probably lost a preset of some kind.  I have tried reseting the presets to no avail.

In addition the pre imported thumbnails are blank although the images appear when I press import!  Again I think it a preset problem but I just can't figure it out.

Can anyone help please?

Please explain what you mean with lost camera information. What do you not see where? There is a problem when trying to import images from a Nikon Z camera that is connected via a cable. Are you perhaps using such a camera?

Hi Johan, what I mean is that on an imported image in Develop, on the top left side was the File Number, DNG, ISO and Lens used and focal length!  Now nothing!

That is just a display that you can turn on or off. Press the 'i' key.
