Lost My Metadata Presets in Library Import and My Watermarkings in Export

After I updated my LR Classic to Version 13.2 on my Mac (OS 14.3.1), some things changed or were lost.  For starters, LR cannot "see" the Metadata Presets I had in the Library Module for a number of years I had been using LR Classic.  Also, in the Export feature, I cannot access any of the many Watermarkings I had to choose from.  Is there a bug in this new version?  More importantly, is there a way to restore them or do I have to rebuild them again?
