Loupe Info Overlay Not Showing in Fullscreen 'F'

In adobe lightroom classic (windows), when I press "I" while in full screen view mode I do not see the photo information, while in windowed mode in the library the photo information is shown. Anyone else have this issue? My library view options are below.

The loupe infos doesn't shown in the full screen mode. It works as designed.

While you are in loop mode, try:  Window / Screen Mode / Full Screen and Hide Panels 

There is a mac keyboard shortcut as well: SHIFT ⌘ F
