LR 13.1 will not export video.

Hi All,

I used to be able to export videos from LR, but after the last upgrade I am no longer able to export them. I have tried to re-export videos that I had previously processed and they will no longer export either.

Lightroom Classic 13.1. Windows 11. Camera Raw 16.1

I no longer have the option of exporting MP4 files, only H.264, DPX or Original unedited file.
My main use here is to downsize the video files for mobile devices.. so happy with MP4... just that it is no longer available.

It looks like it is a problem with the Mogrify 2 Plugin.. as when I try to export without the plugin it works...
