LR 2015.5 on Mac 10.11.3

Question

I've been using photoshop since paying $900 for it. Been renting Lightroom for a few years, had a credit card fraud issue and since then the program does not allow me into Develop mode. I get a warning that there is reduced functionality. The fellow at Adobe says they do not support this older version, yet it has all the functionality I need. I have tons of photos and an older Mac that I do not see the need to replace.

Can anyone out there tell me how to get full functionality out of my older LightRoom please?

If you cannot get into the Develop module, then that means that Lightroom isn't logged into your Creative Cloud subscription and so it's running in 'expired mode'.
