Lr 2015.9 won't start, missing file

PC, win7, Sweden
I just upgrade to (as advised by Adobe application manager) 2015.9, the process works fine. When I start Lr an error occurs and the sign below appears on my

desktop. In English it says: "Could not start the program becuse "filename" missing  on pc. To fix the problem you can try to reinstall the program."

I have done that, it didn't help . I can't work with the old version because my gear is not supported
