LR and LRc Won't launch after update

Lightroom and LRc were updated last week. Neither will launch. System in Windows 10 64bit. An error report doesn't generate. Both programs have been removed and reinstalled.

 

Photoshop will lauch following update.

Thank You GoldingD for this information. The yourcatalogname].lrcat.lock file is not present in the same directory and cannot be located on the computer. Unfortunately, LR still will not launch.
