My LR CC 11.1 keep saying: trying to connect with server. So I can not sycn photo from cloud.

BTW：My LightRoom connect with server without problem.

Have you completely logged out of your creative cloud account on your windows computer and then back in? Also have you rebooted your computer recently?

Can you confirm that your Windows version of Lightroom has proper permissions?
