LR CC 7.4- Presets don't work

Hi

I recently got a new computer and logged into Creative Cloud. I downloaded PS and LR classic but none of my presets came over. When I work in LR cc 7.4 and go to presets (the ones that come with LR) they show the preset result on the screen but they don't apply to the image. They don't work. I imported some previously purchased presets and they don't work either... How do I get my presets to work?

    Hi Shannon,

    Sorry that your presets are not working as expected in Lightroom Classic CC 7.4.

    Could you please share the Help>>System info report from Lightroom with us so that we can check what might be the cause?
