LR Classic 11.4.1 suddenly switching screens/spaces on Mac - anyone else?

I have an M1 MacBook Pro running OS 12.4 with two external monitors set as:
Desktop 1 - Eizo
Desktop 2 - Dell
Desktop 3 - MacBook

LR Classic has always opened in Desktop 1 until the latest update

Now it seems to open anywhere AND moves on a whim. It literally just swapped from Desktop 1 to 3 as I moved the cursor over to answer an iMessage

Also it now does not show the top bar (with the red, yellow, green dots) so I can't move it back unless I do the 4 finger swipe up and move it but then it gets 'stuck' in the prior size and can't be resized. I have to quit and reopen hoping it will be on Desktop 1.

Just me???
