LR Classic 12.3 Masking problem

Up until yesterday, masking for sky or subject worked fine on my desktop. Now, Select Sky or Select Subject comes up with a nessage like No Sky Found or with Select Subject, it completely misses.  When I try Object, all I get is a rectangle around what I have selected and not the object itself.  When I try the same images on my laptop, bingo, all work perfectly.

I have rolled back to an earlier version, no difference. Then updated back to 12.3, still doesn't work. I've even gone back to older images that had masked correctly, tried again and the masks don't work.

I'm running Win 11 Pro, 64gig RAM 14tb storage and 3tb scratch drive.  As stated, this just started and just on my desktop. Not sure what to do next.

Most problems with LR's AI commands are caused by older, buggy graphics drivers. Try updating your graphics driver by going directly to the manufacturer's web site:
https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html#solution-4


If that doesn't help, please copy/paste here the entire contents of the LR menu command Help > System Info -- that will let us see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.

The graphics card has the latest drivers and as mentioned, everything worked perfectly up until a couple days ago. I went out of town and shut down the computer. This all started when I fired up the machine upon getting home. Here is the info from the LRC system file:
