LR Classic 12.5 does not have adjustment handles for the crop tool

I havent used LR since before I upgraded to 12.5, I just tried to crop an image to a 1:1 aspect ratio, but I can no longer move the frame around nor can I adjust the size of the area to be cropped. What happened?

    Please Ignore - seemed to work when I flipped back to Library
