Lr Classic 14.0.1 (MacOs Sequoia) does not enable the auto tone button all the time

Usually when selecting an image in develop module, it takes a second until the auto tone button is enabled. With the latest version of Lightroom Classic that no longer happens all the time. In fact, the button gets enabled less often than it does. This is Lr Classic 14.0.1 on Mac OS Sequoia.

Hi all,

i have the same problem after upgradeing to LR Classic 14.0.1

The "auto" button in Develop Mode is grey/inactive (see attached screenshot).

I am using Windows.

Any ideas?

Update:

It's working now. It seemed it was stuck for a while (due to upgrade i guess...)

Check the following. If you have already applied the 'Auto' button, either manually or through a preset, then that button will not become active again until you manually change one of the sliders that are set by the 'Auto' function.

Sometimes it helps to select another image and then come back to the image.
