LR Classic 15.3 gets error "some AI models failed to download" and I can't apply any presets

Have upgraded to LR15.3 classic and now I can’t apply any presets. How do I fix this?

In the end this fixed itself! Took a couple of days then the error message disappeared and all OK. Have no idea why and I never got any help from Adobe.

Same here! I get the same message and my develop presets do not stay applied. The images gets the preset applied when I hover over the preset or click the preset, but it goes away as soon as I move the mouse away from the preset. Is there a solution to this?

Can you send your system info, a screen recording of the issue, and a numbered list of the exact steps needed to replicate it?
