LR Classic errors 14.1

Question

Good morning, my LR Classic has several errors, could someone help me? I'll list them:
1-Whenever I put auto in WB it locks and I have to click on the photo to unlock it.
2-When I try to use the noise reduction tool with AI it says that it is not possible to save the file.

Where are the original images stored, on the internal or external drive?

Before anything else, in the Library module > go to Library at the top menu bar > Find All Missing Photos. If any of the images in question are missing, relink them to Lightroom Classic and check if the issue exists: https://adobe.ly/3ZkBPjD
