LR Classic fails to fully launch

I digitize art for artists and shoot with a Nikon D850 tethered to my HP OMen I-7 laptop. This has been my set up for a couple years and it has worked well. Today, when I start LR Classic, it doesn't complete the load. It loads up to the point where it should show the images in the catalog and stalls. This happens whether the tether HDMI cable is attached or not. All updates were done prior to today. I have uninstalled LRC and reinstalled, I have rebooted several times, I have shut the computer down for a couple minutes before trying again. For the last several hours, it has only booted up correctly once and then I had to reboot to establish a color preset for this shoot, and of course it did not come back up. Yesterday I processed images without and issue. Today, not so much. Any ideas as to what is happening?

In a first step try to reset the preferences of Lightroom Classic: How to reset Lightroom Classic preferences (adobe.com)

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

If his doesn't help the next step should be the switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue. If Lightroom doesn't start correctly the please see "Solution 2" in the document behind the link below. Troubleshoot GPU issues | Lightroom Classic (adobe.com)

If this already doesn't help it can be a problem with the preview cache. Goto the folder that contains your Lightroom catalog in Finder. The default location is in the Pictures/Lightroom folder under your user folder. Search the [Catalog-name] Previews.lrdata file and drag it to the trash. Then restart Lightroom.

If this also doesn't help a faulty catalog file can also be the problem. Try to restore the catalog from a backup.

On the first sight I saw two things into the system info.

First: The graphic device driver is old. Goto Nvidia's site and look for the recent driver version. Make sure that you download and install the recent Studio Version of the driver. Don't use the Game Ready version.

Second: You've install the LogiOption plugin. This can be responsible for various problems. Deinstall LogiOptions and check again.
