LR classic Filmstrip update broken

Hello,

Since a few version of LRC I am facing and update issue in my filmstrip.
Flags, stars... are not updated in the filmstrip

LRC does take the date in account for filters, and update the view on restart of LRC.

Already tried :

- reboot computer and/or LRC

- Update MacOS

- Update LRC
- Activate/desactivate GPU
- Delete preview caches

I am feeling out of options

Has anyone faced that issues ?

Using

- udated LR classic (but bug was already on before version)
- updated MacOS 26 (aslo on before version)
- MacBook M1

Thanks

By testing I found that when I change aspect ration of a pic in developpement, it updates it in filmstrip but the flags are not. Even if i go through

1) flag change (no update in film strip)

2) aspect ratio change (ratio is updated but flat stays unchanged)

So in a bold move of saving my current catalog (the bugged one) --> Delete the live catalog --> Replace it with the same catalogue i just backed up --> solved the issue

@dj_paige  thanks for helping me in the solution searching process

Please show us a screen capture that illustrates the problem.

Illustration of the issue (with flag but it is same with stars rating...)
Directly under the photo, you see a rejected flag (that is true and is the value I put in, the flag is updated correctly when i change it)
In the filmstrip the value is still white flag and stays white flag (selected). It only updates when restarting lightroom. While using LRC it looks like never updating the datas.

The status of selected and not selected are correctly handled by lightroom and can be used for the filters.

i did some further testing :

- reinstall lightroom (keeping preferences) --> no change

- repair catalogue (option hold on restart, tick the repair box) --> no change

- create new catalogue import a few pics --> test it --> normal behavior

So there is an issue with my catalogue but can't find out how to correct it.

Thanks

Please try resetting the LrC preference file: https://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/
