Hello everyone!

Today I had massive PC problems after a Windows 11 update, which were solved by reverting to a W11 restore point. However, the initial problem remained that both LR and PS could no longer be started and the catalog could not be accessed.
This was solved excellently by Adobe support (after forwarding it to the English-speaking group). Everything is working again - actually great! Thank you!

Unfortunately, what doesn't work is switching from an image displayed in the library to the DEVELOP module. Unfortunately I'm only shown a white image there.

Since support is now having its weekend and I have a lot to work on, the question: Who can help, who has a tip?

Thanks in advance and greetings!

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

Another step is to try to reset the Lightroom preferences.

Backup your preferences prior to resetting the preferences:

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.

@AxelMatt

Thanks a lot!
And yes, this was done already via remote by support. I only later reconized that I cannot develop.

Ok, if all the steps that I've wrote in ma former post was done I recommend a clean reinstallation by doing the following steps:

If you're unable to install the CC Desktop App, use an Administrator account (solution 4 here,  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
