LR Classic not able to open photo in PS23

I installed the latest version of Photoshop Beta, & this became the default when opening a file in LR Classic.  I wanted the file to be opened in PS23 so I uninstalled PS Beta.  The option to open a file in Photoshop was now "greyed out". I uninstalled LR Classic, & reinstalled but the problem persists. Windows 10
