LR Classic not importing videos

LR 11.0.1. Win10. Cannot import video (MOV).

LR hangs when I use the purge video cache option. Rebooted several times. Similar issue in PS (latest release) - Import Video to Frames hangs up and eventually gives a similar error message.

MSVCR110.dll was missing. After a reinstall on the C++ Distribuable - works fine.

I have the same problem with Mac, I thought I needed to update lightroom, I did and it doesn´t work to import videos....

MSVCR110.dll was missing. After a reinstall on the C++ Distribuable - works fine.

How do I install MSVCR110.ddl? Do I have to do a total LR installation?

Hi

No LR install required. The DLL is in the : Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Latest Supported Downloads at:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

 

If the link doesn't work - try Google. If I remember, I might have also tried an older version.
