LR Classic Pop-up windows not responding on MacBook Pro M1 Max

Hi Everyone, I recently purchased a MB pro M1 Max and downloaded LR Classic and tried to get to work. However, upon launching the app I went to create a new catalog only to find that while the pop-up window opens, I cannot select 'Create' as it is greyed out and un-clickable. In fact, the only thing I can do is type in the 'Save As' line. This is LR Classic Version 15.1. I reenstalled the app without effect, I also purged caches.

Digging deeper, I tried to import a number of presets only to be hit with the same issue. The pop-up finder window opens, however, I cannot click anything within the window and and it essentialy bricks LR until I hit esc.

Very interested if anyone else has had this issue. Thank you.

Check out this: Apple changed the security requirements in MacOS Monterey. Go to MacOS 'System Settings - Security & Privacy' and add Lightroom Classic and Photoshop to "Full Disk Access". Click on the lock icon to unlock the settings, then click on the plus icon to add Lightroom Classic and/or Photoshop if it isn't already listed. If it is listed, then just enable the checkbox.
