LR Classic - Top menu is cut off

I have not been able to find an answer to this:

The top menu of my LR Classic is cut off. It looks like this:

The rest of the program looks fine. It happens on two different width monitors (I have a multi-monitor setup). Is there a preference somewhere to adjust the width of the menu?

This is a known issue. It happens when the monitor resolution is rather low.
