LR Classic Update errors in Collections

I tried to post this on the forum, looking for help. However, when I press post, nothing happens!!

So I am now reporting this as a technical issue which it is in bothe cases.

LR classic update has caused some irritating losses of my my collections, not the first time this has happened either. It takes time and effort to create collections and for particular purposes so very annoying that this glitch keeps repeating with updates.

Does any one know if collections can be recovered, any help would be appreciated.
