LR Classic v14.51 not allowing mp4 videos

Hi everybody!

I just installed the last LR Classic update 14.51 under W10.

And since then I observed that it was not possible to import mp4 files that were previoulsy imported with no pb.
I remember that the same case occured in the past from a previous update in 2025. This bug disapered with an update released few weeks after....

So what should I do to import theses mp4 files?

Attach a small problem .mp4 here and we can see if the problem occurs on other installations or just yours, which will guide next steps.

I'm able to import that video into my LR 14.5.1 / Windows 11. You're on Windows 10, which is one important difference.

 

What are the precise symptoms you see when you try to import it?  Full-resolution screenshots of the entire LR window (not phone pics) often give useful clues and information.
