LR classic - wacom intuos pro m - keys can not be programed with functions

hi together,

on windows 11 and the actual LR classic version i can not assign funktions like zoom, pan, ... to the keys of the wacom intuos pro.
some keystrokes like "R" or "W" work, but others do not work.
unfortunately the adobe support does have no answer for this problem.

Please decribed more detailed. Which keystroke for which functions doesn't work. Do you get an error message?

Do you have installed the latest Wacom driver?

Is your system up-to-date?
