LR en sus ultimas actualizaciones se congela

Ultimamente LR se me congela al editar, trabajo con RAWS de canon cr2 ya tengo masde 4 años editando con estos formatos  hasta hoy tengo problemas.

Tenngo una placa madre b350m
una RTX 2060 SUPER
32GB DE RAM 2600MHZ
un m.2 nvm de 1 tb
en otro ssd sata tengo el cache 
procesador ryzen 5 3400g
Espero me puedan apoyar ya no puedo editar se me congela la pc
edito en promedio 130 a 300 fotos por catalogo con un peso de entre 20 a 30 mb por foto

    Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

    What version of Lightroom or Lightroom Classic are you using? We need the version NUMBER and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date".

     

    What steps in editing seem to cause this freezing?

     

    Does the entire computer freeze and you have to re-start it? Or does just Lightroom freeze and the rest of the computer is still running well?
