LR Error with pic-time plug-in when I try to publish

I am having problems exporting edited images from both my Pic-time plug-in AND when I try to export from my catalog to anywhere else on my external drive/desktop/etc. 

I receive this warning pop up when I try to use pic-time.  When I try to export from my catalog directly to another folder, it will start to export but then stall when the progress bar looks to be finished. It never finishes and only a few photos actually export to my folder. I have uninstalled and reinstalled LR Classic. What else could be the problem?
