Hello,

I seem to be having a problem when I have imported a new group of photos. I want to open the maps feature and load a Track log as soon as I do this the box to slect which track log I want etc opens but then nothing. LR seems to be responding using task manager and does not close but I have to End Task in task manager to be able to do anything.

I reset preferences as per a post I read on here regarding a similar issue. I did this by deleteing the preferences file from appdata "I could visually see this had worked as my fonts returned to tiny small" etc, however I am still having the same issue with maps.

I also updated to 10.4 but still the same.

Please post a full-resolution screenshot of the entire LR window when it stops responding. That could give clues.

Graphics Processor Info:
DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (27.21.14.6611)

So v466.11, latest per NVIDIA is v472.12

Probably not the cause of this particular problem, but what if?
