LR window fills the entire iMac screen

For some reason my LR window fills the entire iMac screen. I can't make it smaller. And after talking with the Adobe chat bot, I've lost the bar that has File, Edit, etc. I have the latest version of LR CC

If you mean you are using Lightroom Classic, and not Lightroom CC (which doesn't exist), try pressing F or Shift-F once or twice to get the menu bar back.

"Lightroom CC" has not been used as an app name for several years. There is 'Lightroom v9.0' and there is 'Lightroom-Classic v15.0.1'

So assuming you are using Lightroom-Classic (this being the Lr-Classic forum)- Try the keyboard shortcut [SHIFT + F ] to cycle through the screen modes.

Another Hint:  [CMD/CTRL + / ]

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .
