LrC 10.4 Corrupt Installation

I've held off installing Creative Cloud/LrC waiting for the update that supports the Nikon Zfc.  Downloaded/installed CC, and then LrC 10.4.  Upon finishing installing LrC 10.4, I'm greeted by an error message that the installation was corrupted..  LrC opens, but has intermittent crashes.

Running on a 2020 M1 MBP wth macOS Big Sur 11.5.2.

This is not the first time I've had this issue happen. I.e. it's happened on prior finished builds of LrC.

Anyone have a link to download the full version of 10.4?
