LrC 12.2.1 Monterey Bug - Print Dialog not showing

On LrC 12.2.1 macOS when going to print and selecting the Printer... button, the Print dialog on Monterey (12.6.5 / M1) does not become front most and is hidden. The dialog seems to be responding to keystrokes since I can use the Escape key to cancel or the Return key to accept (whatever it is I can't see). Mission Control doesn't reveal it. 

You can't do anything else since the keyboard events are being sent to the (non-visible) Print dialog. Attempting to click any of the LrC interface results in a beep.

I've downgraded back to 12.1 and it works again.
