LRc 12.3 crash in editing mode

Hi there,
I used to run a LRc 10.x version (sorry,  can't remember which one exactly). I figured that all newer versions crashed when launching LRc. However, I can open catalogues with LRc 12.3 and the library tab works fine. If I do not select a picture in the library tab, the editing mode can be selected without crashing LRc 12.3 as well. As soon as I click on a picture in editing mode or select a picture in library mode and then switch to editing mode, LRc 12.3 crashes.
Do you have any idea what I can do? Thanks for helping me out!

Hi,

Could you confirm if you have submitted the Crash Report to Adobe when the Adobe Crash Reporter dialog comes up?

If you, could you make sure to enter the email field with your emailID you use with Adobe account there?

This will help us search the crash and guide you accordingly.

Meanwhile, could you try and see if there is any driver update pending for your GPU?

Hi,
Sorry for my late reply!
Unfortunately, there is no crash reporter showing up when it happens. There is a simple message that LR stopped due to a problem. There are no specifics in this error message. As soon as I click OK, LR closes.
Is there another way to create a crash report? The DirectX UHD Graphics driver was updated.
It is really weird because Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat work fine. It's just Lightroom that is not happy with my computer. If there is no quick solution to this, could you please point out a way to install Lightroom CC 10.x in the meantime? The Adobe creative cloud desktop application goes back to version 11.0.

Thank you for your help!

Update: I haven't changed anything in my setup but I have installed the latest LR classic v 12.4. This version solved my issue! I don't know how but thanks!
