LrC 14.0.1 Settings Disappearing

I upgraded to LrC 14.0 (and 14.0.1) as soon as it was made available since the previous version(s) had issues with my NVidia RTX GPU (yes, I keep my drivers up to date).

I have to say that version 14 has not had any issues with my RTX GPU (yet) but it is generally slow. Even though I have a decent machine (Windows 11, i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz, 32GB RAM and 2TB SSD). But the previous LrC version(s) were slow too. 

The problem I have right now is when I hit "D" for the develop module, the settings/presets applied sometimes disappear. It is really annoying and slowing down my workflow obviously.

I assume this must be a bug of the new version?
