LRC 14.3 Windows 11 Denoise not working

LRC 14.3 Windows 11 Denoise not working on ORF file - shows rotated partial negative image of photo and all options blanked out  and message "enhance cannot be applied to the selected photo".  It worked on 14.2  so this has to be a new bug. Please fix ASAP!

I was able to apply denoise to your sample pic in my LR 14.3 / Mac OS  15.3.2 / Macbook Pro (M2 Max), so that confirms it's not something specific to the photo.  I don't see anything else suspicious in your System Info.

If you run denoise on raws from other camera models, does that also fail?  You can download sample raws from most cameras at dpreview.com:

Hi!

I found this: https://www.reddit.com/r/Lightroom/comments/1kg1jx9/denoise/

and I downgraded to LR 14.1 and now the Denoise works.

I have a similiar issue with Fujifilm (XT-4) RAF files. It worked everything until now, but after the 14.3 update first I've noticed that the "Help->Update" doesn't work anymore. Then I just wanted to edit some fotos and the denoise function doesn't show the preview and doesn't convert the image at all. It calculates for a few seconds, but after the preview window doesn't show any denoised image and if I try to denoise, then I get an unexpected error (1).

@Roll0, my LR 14.3 / Macbook Pro (M2 Max) was able to Denoise a sample XT-4 raw from dpreview.com.  To narrow down the issue:

1. Do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

2. Post a screenshot of the unexpected error message.

3.  Upload one of the problem .raf files to Wetransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or similar free service and post the sharing link here. This will let us see if the issue is specific to the raw file or to your installation.

I did a reinstall today, but nothing changed. (Creative Cloud Mac App: deinstall (I kept the config) and install.)

So here is what happening, if I click on Denoise:

If I click on the picture to change the preview, then I can see the original picture, but after it shows only a greyed out window. If I click on "Enahnce", then "There was an unknown error (1)"

I made a video (attachment).

3. The link is from my NAS. If you click on the link and there is no response, then pls wait a 10-20 sec and try again. (The NAS is probably in sleep mode)

I don't think it's an issue with the raw file, because I'm using the denoise since it's available and never had an issue with the XT-4 files. On my camera is nothing changed, I'm not updated the firmware etc. The function worked with 14.2. I tried an older foto (where I'm already made a denoiuse before) to denoise again and the behaviour is the same.

Thank you

Perhaps LR 14.3 has different code for invoking the graphics driver than 14.2 and is tripping over a driver bug.  Try updating your graphics driver by going directly to the manufacturer's web site:
https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html#solution-4

If that doesn't help, please copy/paste here the entire contents of the LR menu command Help > System Info -- that will let us see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.

Is it possible for you to supply the file for engineering to review?
