LrC 15.0: cannot import pictures any more on Mac Sequoia 15.6.1 and 15.7.1

On my MacBook Pro, LrC 15.0 is great in terms of features but it is impossible to import new pictures into the catalogue.  That makes it kind of useless.  I had to go back to LrC 14.5.1

This may be a dead end, but I think it would help if you showed us a series of screen captures so we can see what you are seeing. Please use the "Insert Photos" icon to include your screen captures in your reply.

Adobe technicians fixed this for me via 2 remote sessions of more than 3 hrs each.  They actuall fixed it twice but after a computer restart the issue was back.
I think the issue was a tad different to what we all thought.  My import window was wider than my screen so the right panel was truncated (and I'm not alone with this.  It appears to be an issue in 6 languages including German but not English, you can google it).  As a result I didn't see the import button.  Left with a choice between <ready> and <cancel> I clicked on <ready>.  Apaprently this simply ends the import process without importing anything (not sure I understand what that button is good for, my imports always end automatically once the pictures are imported).  But by clicking <ready> I didn't even trigger an import.  Go figure:  LrC did as told and didn't import anything.
The wizards from Adobe have reset everything and re-installed everything from scratch which fixed the import window width issue, the import button is now there and the import works.  But they tried so many thing, maybe there was sthg else that they fixed in this painful process.

Four days ago, my MacOS Sequoia 15.7.2 computer automatically updated to LcR V.15.0.1, and now I can't see any images on LcR, not even in old catalogs, nor can I import any new photos. Basically, nothing works. Has anyone else had the same problem? What can be done? How can I contact Adobe technical support? Thank you very much. Sandra

Please start a new thread and explain the problem from scratch, as this is a different problem. People will be happy to try to help you in a new thread.

Please give more info. I have no problems importing images in Lightroom Classic 15 on MacOS Sequoia 15.7.1. What does (not) happen when you try?

The import process starts, the progress bar is never filling and after a couple of seconds the process stops and there are no new pictures in the catalogue.  I moved back to LrC 14.5 and everyting works again.

Moving back to 14.5 means you also moved back to the old version of your catalog; the version before the upgrade to 15. Have you tried to create a new catalog in Lightroom Classic 15, to see if importing into that catalog gives the same problem?
