LRC 9.3/9.4: Problem with Radial- and Gradient Filter

After the update from LRC to version 9.3 (CR 12.3) the radial and the graduated filter are messing around.

No matter what I do, I use one of the two filters, colorful mixes appear, see screenshot.

Does anyone else have that? Is there an explanation for that? Is it a bug?

UPDATE: The problem persists even after the update to 9.4 ...
