LrC and PS do "not work together"

When I open in LrC the menu point "Photo" - "Edit in Adobe Photoshop 24" the Photoshop will start and opens the file. However I cannot edit in PS the file, everything is blocked and I cannot choose any tools. The picture is distorted (see attachment) But everything works perfectly when I open Photoshop BEFORE opening LrC.
Has anybody an idea how I can eliminate this "annoing" behaviour? The issue is not new - it occurs since years and different PS and LrC versions.

my system: Win 11 Pro latest version, 32 GB RAM, Intel I7-9700 K CPU, Nividia RTX 3060 12 GB - a change of the GPU was unseccussful for this issue
