LrC cannot open the catalog on my external drive after the macOS 26.4 beta

After installed the macOS 26.4 beta 1 when I try to open LrC this message is coming:

    That is why it’s not a good idea to install beta OS software on a computer you use for working with Lightroom.

     

    P.S. You cannot file a bug report for such a system setup, so expect your message to be moved to ‘Questions’.

    Only install OS betas for testing. You found a bug, you’ll have to go back to 26.3 for every day use.

    External SSD drives can be sometimes seen as a removable drive. Lightroom can’t store the catalog on such removable drives. This seems to be the problem here.

    It might be an issue with the permissions, but the error suggests it's the removable thing.

     

    It might also be a issue of the MacOS beta.
