LRC crashes when trying to open Web and map tabs

Hello, 

 

I have a real trouble. LRC crashes ( shuts down ) every time I try to go on the map or web tab. 

 

I have try different solutions : Uninstall and reinstall LRC // Deconnect and reconnect Adobe creative cloud // 

 

I cant find the SLcache as Adobe says to rename it in Oldcache. 

 

Is there anybody to help ?

I'm having the same trouble on both of my installs.  Selecting photos from a folder in the library, copying the metadata to the clipboard and clicking on the Web module results in an instant crash, every time.  Reopening LRc and trying again is usually successful, but the first attempt each day always results in a crash.  The last two versions of LRc (cloud) have had some serious issues.  And then there's the issues with the Photoshop save dialog box...

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
