LrC do not let you edit on Ps.

LrC is not letting me edit the photos on Ps, I have already installed the latest updates, read your article on this issue and followed the listed steps, but neither is working. The edit button does not appear on gray, it does give me the option to click on it but does nothing, not even open Ps. 

It does affect my daily workflow.
