LrC export to PS

Using LrC & PS both 2023 versions.  I do not have any other version installed.

Since updating LrC last week, I can no longer open up a raw file from LrC to PS.  It keeps saying that there is a 2020 version of PS in use.  I have searched all directories and cannot find any old versions hiding away.

I have reinstalled PS but still doesnt fix this.

Appreciate any advice with huge thanks

I have this problem too. I'm nervous and not sure how to uninstall the Creative Cloud App/Program on the Mac.

Any further advice @AxelMatt ?

I would suggest a complete and clean reinstallation.

Please follow the steps below:

 

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

 

On reinstalling the apps please install Photoshop first and then Lightroom.
